Kunneckt is currently in its Alpha testing phase. The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." By participating in the Alpha, you acknowledge that the platform may contain bugs, experience downtime, or undergo significant changes without prior notice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining our waitlist or using the Kunneckt platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Kunneckt for:

Any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Transmitting malicious code, viruses, or spam.
Interfering with the security or integrity of the platform.
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code.

4. Intellectual Property

Kunneckt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kunneckt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kunneckt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Alpha service, including data loss or business interruption.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
